We understand that buying pre-loved can be a bit daunting, not knowing if the item is going to be the same standard as you would normally wear.

Every item that we sell is thoroughly laundered and checked prior to being made available for purchase. Additionally, we give each piece a grading, which is clearly displayed both online and in-store.

B - Signs of Wear - See Description

For Example - These items may show signs of washwear such as bobbling.

A - Good Used Condition

For Example - These items will be free from signs of washwear but are not in 'new' condition.

A+ - Like New, without original Tags

For Example - These items are in a very good condition, like new, without signs of washwear but are missing their original tags.

New - As New with original Tags

For Example - As you would expect to purchase direct from brand, these items are new with their original tags and have not been worn.

We carefully source all stock from a range of outlets where we either pay for the items or they are kindly donated.
